GSA Submission Question?

For those of you who deal in these, if you had a couple of really nicer better date GSA Morgans and wanted to submit them, do the folks who prefer to buy certified GSA prefer NGC wrapped/banded coins where they will fit back in the original box or the PCGS method of super size slab entombed method. Also is there a noticeable price difference when selling on the market?
