Cutting down index cards ?

I picked up a collection of signed index cards that are 4x6 from the 1970's. They have some edge wear and a little toning around the edges. None of them are extremely valuable, mostly $10-$50 value. Should I cut index cards down to 3x5 to make them look clean and bright? Or just leave as is? Any input is appreciated.

Jeffrey does amazing customs. If you click the Commissions link in his signature line - a great deal of the ones he has done are mine

If they're otherwise blank, front and back, I could see carefully cutting them down to measure a nice 3x5 and have a uniform appearance. Just remembering to measure twice, cut once! ;-)
Also, making customs would be a great use as well. I still want to do this myself, just for the fun of it, but sold off the Mick signature and Ted Williams that I had for that purpose. Might get the itch to do it again, though! :-)
If you're interested in selling, and have any San Diego Padres and/or Chargers, I'd probably be interested in buying.
