Paypal shipnow is being removed

Like a few others on here that uses the paypal.com/shipnow to ship packages to Canada for under $3; it is getting nerfed. For the last couple nights, I've been having problems printing labels but it finally went through. Just now, I had more problems and I was charged but couldn't print so I called and talked to a rep. He advised me that the shipnow function is in the middle of getting removed and that's why I'm having that problem. I was told to go to paypal.com/mos or multi order shipping, but I told him the shipnow was awesome cos of the large envelope rate of $2.60 first class international compared to $9.60 package first class. He said they're talking about adding that function to the mos in the future. I think the Post Office has the large envelope rate if you go in person. I haven't tried that yet.
