been waiting on redemption for a long time will Panini make it right if ask for replacement ?

    It's long enough but you need to know what you want and okay with the chance you don't get exactly what you want.

    Panini is pretty good about exchanges, however what you get is a crapshoot.

    If you can make it to the National, you can actually combine your open redemptions and pull from the mystery box. I got a 2012 Tebow Auto #/15 at the last Chicago National. Flipped it on ebay and made out OK.

    I will be pulling from the box in 2017 since I have a ton of Panini redemptions open.

    I contacted them through Twitter, got responses quickly. Gave them the order number and told them I liked current players on team x and they came through really well for me. They actually sent me 2 nice cards when I would've been thrilled with one of them.
