From the Imperial Palace

I just can't get the images loaded from Flickr, so I just will have to do it less effectively.
Anyway, the cash coin imaged here is from the Qing dynasty, the Qian Long emperor, mid 18th century. The coin is both heavier and bigger than the usual cash piece, issued for the staff of the imperial palace.

5.9 grams. I have a cash coin for use outside the palace, somewhat contemporaneous, weighing in at 3.7 grams.
