I have a batch of newer $20 bills with 43431984 thru 43431999. Are these worth keeping and trying to sell or just spend them? Also receive 3 newer star notes in change today. Are they worth keeping and selling?

I read on the forums that Birthday notes are popular but I've not ever seen one sell for a premium.
Then again, I don't understand really high pricing on error notes either

Birthday notes that include the day and month ( i.e., #08031977, August 8, 1977) are much more appealing and popular than those lacking them.
