QUESTION: 1914 $5 FRN, Burke/Glass, Chicago Star Note. How Many Examples are in the Murray Census?

This is a blue seal. I do not have the Murray data, and I have been completely unable to find another example. I see that the most common star note for the 1914 $5 blue seal is with the Houston signature. Anyone with information? Thank you in advance.
