Yes. Look like 1906, but I can't tell if there's a mint mark.

P01 damaged with that scratch on the reverse bottom.

I don't think that scratch is as big a deal if the coin is viewed at actual size. Probably would be P01, but only if you can definitively determine the date (does look like 1906) and mint mark or lack thereof (as @messydesk pointed out).

  • It looks like PO1, but the scratch...

I don't think it can be determined if the coin had a mintmark or not.
At least from the picture, I can't tell.

Concerning the scratch negating a PO1 grade I found the following.

Haha, yup that was mine. I sent her in, then sold on ebay for a pretty penny. When you think about it, isn't a coin that's worn down to near destruction SUPPOSED to be scratched/dinged, etc.? It shows it's legitimate, has circulated greatly, and has history behind it. Dings and such do not turn me off from a poor.

From plenty of experience, I can tell you that only you can determine a date/mm from a PO coin. It takes the right angle. That coin above, upon closer inspection, turned out to be an O! But PCGS certified it as a P. You can sort of see the O from the true view.

Pretty much, just put down what you think it is, and they will go with it!

    Yours is undoubtedly a PO01 1906.
