Can these spots be removed from this 1943-S DDO?

So, I was able to cherry pick this DDO this weekend for a mere $10. The surfaces are very PL, but there is some light spotting throughout the coin. Is this something an acetone bath might improve?

Yeah those spots are pretty common on 1943 cents. I do not think they can be removed.

I concur.
I believe they are there to stay.
They look like milk spots.
They were struck into the coin and are now part of it.
They are permanent.

I don't think an acetone bath can hurt the coin, I'd soak it overnight and see the result.
the best thing you can do is look for another one to replace it.
do not waste your money on conservation fees!!!!!
Nope.
