Set completion - 1971 Topps coins

This is Topps' most ambitious insert set ever at 153 different coins inserted into card packs spread out over several series in 1971. The set displays really nicely in 20 pocket sheets and a one inch binder. The coins are pretty cheap and the set is not too difficult to put together.

Congrats Daniel. I remember collecting those as a kid. Pretty cool set to complete.

Congrats! What is left for you? The Supers?

Do they make the coin holders in black? How do you think that would look in sheets?

I ended up doing all the Topps coin/pin sets put out between 55 an 94, including the 80 set. Display them all in binders in the coin holders you used ( some later sets in the 80s came in full set case holders. Sort of related are the 84 - 91 Gallery of Champions aluminum, bronze and silvers sets

Congrats on the completion. Anything else on the Agenda for 71 ?

I do have an affinity for the early '70's Topps stuff. I guess the Supers is all I need in '71 now and will eventually buy that set. I do have a '70 Super set. Have never seen black coin holders. This set currently housed in sheets - they are sheets specifically designed for coins and they hold 20 coins per sheet, They are the same size as a 9 pocket baseball sheet, with the 3 hole punch for binders.
