Seems turn around have been been much better in the last 6-9 months.



Monthly specials are always hit or miss since some specials are vastly more popular than others - and you trade the low price for no certainty of how long it may take.

Back when I was submitting, a 3 month turnaround was lightning fast. Glad to see the improvement.

Sent a bunch in for express last year, they
received it on 9/30/15, shipped out on 10/5/15.
It was exactly 2 weeks from when I dropped
it off at the PO to when I received it.

I submitted two full sets of 500 in March and have not received them back yet - again, we all appreciate the discount and understand submitting big lots can take time.

I'm sure turnaround time is dependent on submissions and I admit to being the pig out on their workload.

One can kinda see the monthly specials have been focusing on other areas like Disney, etc
