That must just be a copied description, nobody in their right mind would say that is in high grade condition.

I think the photos do do it justice.

One of many, many laughs on good old ebay. I've had to return at least 50% of the stuff I've purchased there during the last year or two. Got some good stuff, tho, too.

His other auctions have other ridiculous descriptions.

    1875 Indian Cent

    In the condition notes...

"in my opinion this coin is in RED BROWN GEM MINT condition. the photos don't do it justice. my camera doesn't focus good enough to appreciate how nice this coin is. Use your own judgement in grading this coin as I am not a professional grader."

I think he's just trying to be funny.

At least he lists his junk for $1 or $5. I've seen sellers with equally ridiculous items priced in the hundreds or thousands.

That's funny. Why express your opinion if it means nothing ?

The best lessons are in the mistakes I make, but it's funny to read some descriptors that others use.

Maybe he should include a pair of rose colored glasses with every purchase.

That's a lot of time and effort for a $5 coin! image
