Quality bust material is not that common, a lot of cleaning done in both the distant and recent past, even among circulated coins.

I don't think such coins are rare, just not so easy to find and you need to look past a lot of unappealing coins. The nice coins frequently outperform the price guides.

I am trying to put together a circulated capped bust half dime set in PCGS XF-AU, with reasonable eye appeal, sounds easy since no rare dates but it's taking a while. And that's the half dimes, which are less messed-with compared with the bigger coins.
