Well the very strong prices for top 5 packs continue with this Chamberlain pack from the recent heritage auction:
Heritage $10k

And interestingly enough the pack was sold in an SCP auction 9 months earlier for just under $6500. I would have thought the recent sale would have slowed interest but my bid was well exceeded... I wish I had gotten it in the SCP auction but of course I wouldn't have had the timing right to sell it now.

A very rare pack. How did it grade at 8.5 though? Both upper corners have wear and there appears to be a tear in the wrapper on the upper left side

Yes very rare and although the Heritage write up says gum shifting prior to encapsulation I'm sure it was gum shifting after encapsulation. The pack would clearly be a PSA 6 at best if crossed over, but there's only 1 PSA 6 in the pop report so $10k might be a great deal!
