He will no doubt tell ebay that the conveniently placed "(R)" in the title and listing stands for Replica or Restrike even though it doesn't specifically say that. The Russian verbiage simply says "1 Dollar 1893S Rare coin in excellent condition".
still against ebay policy and hpa, thus a federal offense to sell, ship period and worse across state lines, unless something has changed i dont know about.
there are specs for the font, size and placement etc of the word copy so manufacturers/merchants cant get off the hook by putting it in the hair, or really small in an obscure place.
