How would you interpret this sellers description of his card.

Looking at a card on eBay, it will probably sell for a few hundred. I asked the seller what Condit the card is in and this was his response. Would this response chase you away?

It's looks to be in Near Mint to me and the corners and edges look fine to me but hey I'm no expert and I alwya say that the condition is usually in the eye of the beholder but its like I always tell any bidders that ask questions on condition is to look at any and all pics carefully before bidding.

If there are clear front/back scans at a decent enough resolution, no. The only question I would ever ask a seller in this instance regarding condition would relate to the surface, e.g. Are there any bubbles, lines through the gloss, wrinkles, etc. that can't be seen in the scan? I can see with my own eyes corners, edges, and centering and make my own assessment.

If they don't/can't provide clear front/back scans, yes I would avoid unless I could win it at a price corresponding with potential risk.

As a seller on eBay, I don't want to give an overall condition assessment of what it might grade and potentially give further ammo for a SNAD if I'm off. Everything already favors the buyer already.
