Some 1975 topps prices in PWCC auction.

Looks like the Brett in PSA 9 may be coming down in price.
PWCC sold a nice one for $3,150. They had been topping out at $4,000 a few
weeks ago.

A 1975 Pete Rose PSA 9 certified high end brought $405, one without the sticker $180.

A pop 3 1975 Thurman Munson PSA 10 sold for $4,835, a pop 8 PSA 10 Brooks Robinson
sold for $1,424. Shows how popular Munson is!

A Brett SGC 10 brought $16,299 which is a bargain if it would cross to PSA, but
probably already tried and didn't.

I'm hoping the Brett rookie drops to $2,000-2,500 range where I would try to grab one.

  • I watched many of the 75's also. The Brett 8.5 went for $1300 or so and I was hoping it would stay in the $900 to $1,000 range since the 9's sold less than they have been. I bid on the Yount 8.5 also but missed it. I think 75's will do well in the long run since they are very popular for that decade

I was watching those also. The younts were down a bit too, but they weren't outstanding 9's so that may have figured in. I would pick up a brett too at the 2000 level.

Watched several as well but pulled the trigger on a couple of other sweet cards that should be here next week.
  • There were a lot of top notch 75 Topps available last night. The J.Rice 10 was incredible but went for more than I wanted to spend. I picked up a G.Carter that I tohught looked sharp.

I consigned the Rice Mini PSA 10 and was happy with the results.

Strong prices across the board for those cards deserving of the premium.

  • I picked up five minis ( #2, 4, 280, 540, 580) as well to get me going on my mini set. I put in a snipe on the Killebrew but didn't realize the actual value of the card as there were no recent ebay sales and I don't have VCP. I was surprised the PSA 9 Yount mini only sold for $990.

$990 was actually a strong price for that Yount. If it were full sized in the holder, it would have gone much higher.

Do you think the mini yount was cut small? I looked at that card but didn't pull the trigger.
