Looking for some knowledge regarding this note which I recently held in-hand but for which I am unable to find any auction records or substantiated reported number of known examples - - not just the $20 denomination, but ANY 1875 examples.
Kelly and T&P both acknowledge a certain number of Large Size reported, but a breakdown by Type is not provided; I let my NBN Database subscription lapse so that resource is not available to me.
I have been offered this note and want both parties to be knowledgeable about its value; I came home to research it and literally came up empty-handed.
Who among us has the Virginia skills to share?
