memorablia and hard briefcase storage for sale

Hi All,
It has been a while since I have been on the boards. I have a great opportunity to buyout my partner in my car dealership. My top 250 set is being sold by PWCC. I have some other items I am looking to sell to someone local to Los Angeles. I do not want to ship items, most are too bulky. I hope to start collecting again in the future.
If anyone is local and would like to pick up some items:
the 240 psa graded storage briefcases(new were purchased from member for $200 ea. I will sell for $75 ea.
last 30 or 40 smr magazines unopened
many memorabilia that hang on the wall most with autographs(mantle,koufax, wooden, Winfield jersey, ripken, Nolan ryan, gretzky jersey etc etc.
