Do all new holders have the serial number and barcode on the back?

Simple question, do all of the new PSA holders have the white strip with the barcode and serial number on the back of the flip? I found the puckett below, and it looks like a new holder from the front but does not have the code and strip on the back. Just curious.

There are 3-4 versions of the new slab. So to answer your question, no not all of them have the white strips or bar codes.

The hologram front logo came out several months before the back barcode/SN.
