New Ebay Selling Question

I was going to list a card tonight but when I went to list it I encountered the new format on eBay. Why do things have to change when they don't need to change? Anyway I tried to upload a photo and it says "format not supported". Never had a problem before. I have an Macbook Air. Any help suggestions? Thanks!
