Prepping for second submission

So I'm hoping to send in my second submission in this week and I'm hope a few of you will chime in with an answer for either the clear cut question or an opinion on the others. I tend to get long winded so I'll do my best to keep it short.
First the one clear cut.
1) I'm looking to submit a 1981 OPC Supersized card. It measures 5"x 7" so what is the proper holder to send it in for submission? My quick search of Card Savers didn't come up with a solution.
Next the theories.
2) I have a few cards in multiples that I would like to get graded. The are all the modern cards that I've acquired such as Eichel & McDavid rookies. To my eye they are all the same and I would hope to have a shot at a 10 on them all. I'm assuming that submissions are kept intact so the same two graders will be looking at them. I would think that it would be human nature to select one that, for whatever reason, they felt is the best. So my question is, when you have multiples of the same card do you submit them at different times or all in the same submission?
Now for some opinions. Here are a few cards that I'm looking to send in and since I'm new at this I'm looking for some opinions on grades on a few I may crack and submit. I'm being a ***** on these and purposely not showing the grades so as not to prejudice anyone. Before I submit I'll let you know what they are currently graded at. But if I understand correctly surface issues usually drop cards pretty hard, pretty fast and none of these appear to have any that are hidden in the scans. I just picked up a new scanner so hopefully these scans are of high enough quality to get some solid opinions.
3) First is a Topps Wayne Gretzky Rookie that is BCG Raw graded.

4) 1970 OPC Floyd Smith. This one came to me in a cracked holder so I'm sending it in for at least a reholder but wondering if it could get a bump.

5) 1970 Topps Bill Inlis. SGC grading and Im looking to use it in my set registry.

6) 1951 Parkie #52 The Winning Goal. This one I'm not sure on. On one hand I don't "plan" on building that set so crossing it isn't necessary but I would give it's "value" a bump if it crossed.

Now I think that uses up my allotment of questions as a newbie for a while so thanks in advance for anyone who takes the time to respond.

I'd say 6 if it even grades. Then 7, 8 and EOT on the others
Good luck
Looks like an OPC Gretzky to me with faint blue lines on the back

Thanks for the imput! Just curious, I'm not familiar with the EOT shorthand. What does it stand for.

Smith - 6
Inglis - 8
Parkie - don't know
As for subbing multiple modern cards, I can speak more intelligently on that subject (or at least with more experience). I have subbed multiples of the same card numerous times and have had no trouble having multiples of them receive 10's in the same sub. In fact, I think it is more likely that if you were to send three identical cards in that you get all 10's or all 9's rather than one 10 and two 9's. From my experience the graders have been consistent within a sub, so if the cards you send in all deserve 10's to that grader than they will all get 10's. If they deserve 9's to that grader than they will all get 9's.
For example, I once sent in three of the same card in one sub. They all came back 9's. I respectfully disagreed with that grader's assessment and cracked them all out. One had a surface problem (maybe from the crack out) but the other two looked Gem so I subbed them again and they both came back 10's. So in my opinion, the reason to spread out cards between subs is not because you may get a 10 on one and then lower grades on the rest, but rather you may run into the wrong grader on the wrong day and that sub will have consistently lower grades than a different sub earlier or later. So you are essentially spreading the risk of catching a harsher than average grader.
Good luck!

For anything that is too large for a CS4, I follow the sage advice of miwlvrn:
Anyway, what I do is when I have a larger amount of the sportscasters, I get them stacked together nice and neat, and put them inside one of those plastic full page sleeves like you find at an office supply store that is made to accept a sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 so you can put it inside a 3-ring binder, and then fold the excess over and tape it shut. Then I sandwich it between some thick pieces of cardboard that are cut a bit bigger than the sportscaster dimension and tape those on the sides a bit. The next step would be wrapping it in bubble wrap and putting it inside a shipping box. PSA never has a problem with this method at all even though the items are not individually in some sort of sleeve or top loader, and the stack ends up very secure.
Replace sportscaster with whatever oversize cards you have and that's the method I've used as well. Comic bags work fine and I'm sure you could probably get by with a gallon Ziplock in a pinch.

Just curious so that I can use it as a learning experience what is it that catches your eye on the Parkie to lead you to believe EOT?

Good advice thank you. I will send in the multiple and hope to get a grader who had a good night sleep the day before.

Awsome! Thank you very much for this information. I hope I didn't offend you by not lumping you in with Stone on the Welcoming Committee list. You have been extremely helpful with every question I've asked. An oversight by me for sure. Thank you!

I'm not easily offended, as the Aussie's say "No worries, mate"
