Veteran loses Short Snorter, trying to connect the two

A Veteran's Day event in Seattle ended and during post-cleaning a stadium worker found a Short Snorter and is trying to find teh Veteran who lost it.

I noticed the note is the very rare mid-pack SC $1 S68853924C Blue Seal
