Can someone tell me if these are "real" companies?

So I went shopping on Ebay for a Byron Buxton rookie.
Uh-oh! 2012 has lots, but none seem to be licensed by MLB, but it appears professional grading companies will at least grade some of them.
(Recent) Donruss?
Panini?
Rize?
Leaf?
Elite?
Etc.
A lot of times they'll have an autograph RC of a player before the Bowman Chrome auto hits. Do people view those are the "real" RCs? Or just when the player comes out on an MLB-licensed product?
Confusing.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
Blue refractor is usually a good one to get, not too expensive with great upside potential. I wouldn't waste your money on any of the other manufacturers. Bowman is best when it comes to baseball
