No there is No rpm for that date, but this is what the book says,
Also Notice there is Strong Machine Damage Doubling (MDD) to the North East of the Mintmark. This is common on Genuine Coins...
All genuine coins should show the die scratches Southwest of the Mintmark. If there not there it is a Fake.....

I don't know what book this information came out of BUT I do not "enjoy" misinformation.
1. the ejection doubling is NOT ALWAYS in a NE direction.
2. More than one reverse die is seen on these coins. The mintmarks move around and the die polish comes in different patterns.
So...if your coin does not match the diagnostics given above, it MAY NOT BE fake!
