Big Topps Error - Duplicate Serial Numbers

I have two 2005 Topps Chrome Red Xfractors, card 343 Rod Barajas. Both are 17/25. Oops!!!



I'll post pics if someone can tell me how to do it from an ipad.

    It wouldn't be the first time Topps was sued for bogus print runs!

    I have always wondered about this. I can't believe I had never heard about the lawsuit before. Did the lawsuit occur in the year of the card issue?
    I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!

    I'm not sure when the suit was originally filed, but the Jagr fan won that $177K judgement in 2003... for 1995-96 hockey cards!
