    Obviously, it depends on its size (diameter & thickness). I think you should measure it and call PCGS or NGC rather that posting a question. image

    Nice medal. I think NGC might, but I don't know that for sure.

    Based on the fact that this likely similar sized medal badge of mine was encapsulated and graded by NGC, I would concur with what others have said that NGC is your best bet.
