Can anyone here print a label from the USPS site or PayPal for regional rate boxes?

I have done it in the past from the USPS site and from Ebay. Is it not an option anymore?

I have never seen it as an option on the USPS site.

Since they cut the savings out and to save frustration. I take mine to post office let them do their job. I will add my printer is the main frustration.

It's not an option for me from the USPS site or PayPal. Just wondering if I was missing something.
