Need Help Identifying Wax Cases

This is picture is from Mark Murphy's Unopened Guide. I was hoping to get some help identifying the wax case in the picture. The caption says 1956, 1959, 1961, 1962, 1965, and 1966.

I don't have the guide. Is there any still-relevant info in it? Or is it just a bunch of cool pictures like that?

There are a few cool stories from the Mr. Mint finds and great photos of course. I also like it for the fact it's an easy reference to what series' were issued and the card # range for each series.

You know, I just noticed something. Isn't the current run of Heritage using these old logos on their boxes? Think so.
