Newly graded 1935 merc - no FB?

This recently graded MS65, no FB. I thought it was a lock FB. Is that / hit across the bands what kept it from the designation? It is not a huge difference value wise, and will look nice with my other pretty mercs.

If this was the case, it seems a bit trivial, it isn't a 45 after all.

Yep!!!!Got several graded likewise but not near as pretty.

Unfortunately Clarkbar04, that dime took a perfect hit on the right side of the upper band causing the metal to roll out and "disrupt" the split between the bands. It would have been a lock FB had it not taken that hit.
