Long Beach Show & Grading Special

PSA sent out an email promoting a $5.75 grading special at this September show. Does anyone know if one has to attend the show to get that special? I sent an email to customer service last Thursday but haven't heard back yet and just thought I'd check to see if someone on here knows the answer.
