Purchased a sealed case and it came in with other parts busted open

I ordered a case from eBay last Sunday. States it was sealed. It came in yesterday, and yes the tape on top is sealed, parts of the sides of the cases are busted open and the bottom of the sealed on the cases has the sides of the tape open. Not sure what to do since this never happened to me before. It's not a huge high end case but I still wanted it sealed.
