SOLD1963 Franklin Half Dollar, PCGS MS66 w/ Colorful Toning. TrueView Pic

PCGS has graded nearly 3200 of this date in MS65, while only 44 have made MS66. That means for every 72 MS65 available there is just 1 MS66! None have ever graded MS67 (in FBL nor non-FBL). If that isn't impressive enough, this special coin offers much more; colorful 'fruity pebble' toning envelopes the front and a more subtle toning layer on the back. The strength of bell lines is above average for this 'P' mint issue, which is quite rare in FBL (a 66FBL will run you about $20k!). The last PCGS MS66 to appear at auction was in December of 2013. This coin was recently graded for the first time and has not been sent to CAC.
