    Mine just took 8 days
  • About a week after they receive it. My experiences anyway!

I joined PSA's Collectors club and left my cards and paper work with the PSA staff in PSA North Jersey office on August 15th. Being new to this, shouldn't I get a email from PSA saying they got my cards in their California office and also a reference number.

    Thanks

I overnighted my package to PSA and it was picked up just before 11 AM on the 18th. I woke up this morning to some great news in my email that the two orders were logged in yesterday. Working overtime I guess.

I sent 3 subs in one package... received by PSA on Monday. I had written "10 day" on each side of the box... as it contained a 10 day regular sub, a 30 day CC Special sub, and a 45 day bulk (100+) sub.

Well, the 45 day bulk sub logged early this morning... nothing on the other 2 yet, which were much smaller and higher service level. Hopefully tomorrow... never seen multiple subs in the same package not log on the same day before!

Haven't submitted in a few years, they received mine on 19th, log in on the 24th.

10 day sub received Monday of last week according to usps. Still not logged. Taking 10 days to log a 3 card submission is...disappointing.

I wrote CC renewal on the outside of my submission.

Are you guys putting the service level on the outside of the package?

  • Took 10 days to log my last ticket submission... I'm now on day 44 of 45 for this 1 ticket submission.

On 3 sides. Looks like mine actually logged yesterday, 7 business days.

I hope you've called them on it... 15 business days (so far) on an estimated 7 day service level is a bit excessive!

Ya that screams "didn't call, should have called a week ago"

around 5 days from the time of delivery if you write the number of days for the service level on the outside of the box.

Kind of an offshoot ? - what is the typical turn around time on straight re-holders?

    Thanks in advance
