Should Pop #s shown include a total graded?

For example,
If you have a 1934 Peace Dollar in MS66, the population numbers as of July 01 showed 34 at that grade and 2 higher.
If you have a 1984-D Lincoln Cent in MS67, the population numbers showed 34 at that grade and 3 higher.
Of couse, the Lincoln Cent only had 54 coins graded for that date total, where the 34 Peace $ had over 3000 coins graded, meaing the Peace in MS66 is in the top 1% of coins graded, but the 84-D Cent in 67 is just over the 30% area of coins graded.
I think it would be cool if PCGS would show the total # graded, or the # graded lower then a certain grade, or maybe even a general percentile (at least as an option).
What do others think of this?

That Peace dollar has enough value even in MS60 that someone might slab it, while the cent is virtually worthless in lower grades. So, only high-grade cents will be submitted, skewing the grades upward from what they are in the raw population.
BowAxe,
What I mean is in the Registry set listings. It only has the # graded at that level and the # graded higher. The population report does show all grades like you mention.

They are losing sales now, because you can lookup most coins and find the pop.
