Does PSA Allow Customers to Drop off Cards in Newport Beach for Grading & Pick Up Same Day?

I have a single card valued at $25000 that I want PSA to review for a potential bump. I always get nervous shipping expensive cards, regardless of the shipping company or insurance offered. Though I live in DC, I have to travel to LA for business next week. So...
Question: Does PSA allow customers to do a "walk in" at the Newport Beach location, pay for premium level grading services, and take the card home the same day? May be even rapid turnaround?
I know PSA is not wal-mart 1-hour photo, but I am curious if anyone on the boards have ever attempted this? Of course I can call PSA and ask, but I thought I would reach out to the wealth of experience and knowledge on the forums first.
