A couple of National questions

Hopefully I will make it to the National this year. Possibly even tomorrow. So I have just a couple of quick questions.



What are "case breaks" that is going on at the National?



Does anyone know the fees for PSA grading on site at the National?



Does PSA grade T206's as "red color missing", etc?
