1992? Montreal Expos Team Signed Ball

I received this ball first hand from the montreal expos doctor, Dr. Broderick when i was much younger. I have no confirmed exactly which year of players it is, except to say that between 1990-199... we spent a great deal of time at the park and such. Anecdotal evidence in the fact that i had stored it with this 1992 team guide tells me i likely received them at the same time. But it could be a ball from the year prior of course, or something of the sort...
My grandfather was a doctor for the canadiens at the time, and the two were great friends.
It has seen better days, some signatures being quite faded. does it hold any value? i only recently found it in my desk drawer, and am interested in passing it on to someone that might enjoy it and display it.

Look at the faded ones close to see if any look like Randy Johnson.
