joe montana psa 8 vs bgs 8.5

hello I currently have a bgs 8.5 joe montana rookie in my collection. grades are 8.5 centering, 8.5 corners, 9 edges and 9 surface. I am considering selling it for maybe getting a psa 8 instead. what would be better psa 8 or just keep bgs 8.5. any opinions appreciated.

    PSA 8 for sure. I have no confidence at all in BGS/BVG when it comes to vintage grading. You could send it to PSA as a crossover with a minimum grade of 8. Then again it may not crossover.

    that is what I am afraid of that the bgs will not crossover.

    Sell it and buy a centered PSA 8
