So far, I've identified a country singer and an astronaut. So, these can literally be anyone who attended the race that was famous. Can anyone identify these?

    Going with the famous person angle, is #4 Fess Parker of TV's Davy Crockett?

    #1 is actress Connie Stevens. I agree with mrpeanut39, #4 is Fess Parker.
