Portrait and reverse physique made the coin for me. I was also able to trace coin back a decade to a Berk sale (estimated very much higher than what I paid for today).

KINGDOM OF MACEDON. Demetrius Poliorcetes ( Demetrios Poliorketes ), 306-283 BC. AR Tetradrachm. 27mm, 16.99gr. Minted at Thebes, ca. 289-287 BC. Obv. Diademed head of Demetrius with bull’s horns to right. Rev. ??S???OS ????????? Poseidon standing left, holding trident and with foot raised on rock, monogram in lower right field. Newell 141 (unlisted dies); Pozzi 964. Exceptionally realistic portrait of Demetrius, with a marvelously expressive physiognomy quite unlike the classicizing heads normally seen on his coinage. NGC Ch. XF 5/5, 5/5. Fine Style.

Was able to trace coin to Ex Berk Buy or Bid Sale 150 (8 August 2006), lot 156.
