question about image files

how should i save or format my image files so that when one clicks on the camera icon, the entire scan fits within the pop-up box? right now, my images extend well beyond the window. you can resize the box, but you have to do it over and over again when you view other images. plus, i don't like how the cards appear larger than they actually are. any suggestions?

I have that same problem as well with my images.

Looked at both yawie's and Vargha's pics with no problem.

The entire picture of the holder fits perfectly in a window with my cursor ready to click "Next Image".

No re-sizing necessary, can't imagine it could work any better.

Maybe you aren't using Microsoft Internet Explorer, or you're using an old version.

IE 6.x . . . Maybe it's how I formatted the screen area in the display properties.

I don't know if this matters or not but I save my picures as 3.25" x 5.50" and they fit fine.

i save my images at roughly the same size, yet they still wind up larger than life in the pop-up window. perhaps it's my computer and browser. the former is an old piece of dump that runs windows '95, so i have no choice but to run ie 5.0. still, i've had this problem on my parents' computer, which runs windows '98 and has ie 6.0, i believe. i may e-mail psa to see what advice they can give.
