Has anyone seen the New York Star Run 4 on the 1976 $2s?

The BEP did report printing those in the Summer of 1976 (Jun/Jul 1976), but I haven't seen any examples of this run extant anywhere (not even in any uncut sheets, for that matter), were all of the stars in that run eventually shredded?

FYI, the serial range for these stars are B 019 20001 * to B 025 60000 *.
