Use of Vouchers with First Strike

Posting here because my question through the web form has gone unanswered for a week. I have 4 vouchers. Can I submit 4 coins for first strike designation with a check that covers the extra cost of fs?

    I would suggest calling PCGS, I believe you can do that. Just give them a call and they can give you the correct answer.
