    I think he needs to tap his 6BQ6 Beam Power Pentode Horizontal Deflection Output tube on the side a few times. Then we can see the 1/4" staple holes in their full glory

    The photo almost looks like a typical photo of your computer screen when photographed by the camera in your phone......The difference in refresh rates is why you see the lines.

    "Vinyl sleeve"... almost makes me wonder if it has pvc damage that the scanner is picking up since it makes paper somewhat translucent IIRC, that may make it scan sorta funky...
