The cards are in the correct sections, but this rack does not bear a standard 1976 header card (header card is a 1975 hockey header card). Topps did reuse packaging from previous years on occasion, so it may very well be authentic, but I prefer 76 racks with 76 header cards.

All I can say is I would take Tim's advice on this one or any other rack or pack out there. I would buy sight unseen if he said it was good and run if he said no. Great resource for this board to have when it comes to unopened.
