A price guide like Beckett monthly or annual issue would be the easiest way to check on them. They highlight all the key base cards and inserts,errors etc. Good luck.

Try going to ebay and searching sold listings, ordered highest price first, and set your search to omit cases/boxes/sets/packs/lots

1991 score series 2 has the potential for the Mantle autographs

1991 upper deck, depending on the series, has the potential for the Nolan Ryan or Hank Aaron autographs.

With 1991 Donruss baseball, you have the first year of the "Elite series", which were specialized high end cards of certain players and autographs that sell for quite a premium. In my opinion they made so much of that stuff, that there are still lots of these that haven't been found. Issued only in wax though, which you have.
