Long time TTM returns

Today I finally got back my signed Eric Crouch 2002 Topps Chrome Rookie that I sent in March of 2012 . Last week I got back a signed Eddie George 1996 SP Rookie after almost half a year, I thought both of them were goners . Anybody else have some long Through the Mail autograph returns. Over 4 years on Eric Crouch . I got Bill Bradley on his 1969 Topps rookie after 19 months , both of them happened on a Saturday as did my longest return ever Otis Birdsong on his 1986 Fleer after over 7 years .

That's nuts. I can't imagine someone like crouch has a huge following or bags full of fan mail to sort through. I wonder why the long wait. Glad you got them back. Had been so long, you probably had forgotten about it.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

Nice flip. You should send it in on the next red flip group flip. If you get the grade you want you'll simply flip.

If you still have his return address save it someone here may want to get his auto down the
road and can get the address from you.

  • Another one with a long return time was Bob Baumhower of the Dolphins , it was almost 4 years .

a prolific ttm guy on here posted one took 6 years for it to get returned....better late than never....esp considering the price
Interested in higher grade vintage cards. Aren't we all. image
  • Good thing for forever stamps image
  • Today I got back another really long time TTM , Greg Pruitt of the Cleveland Browns . I sent it out in 2011 and got it back today .
  • Got back another long return from 2014 , Tony Boselli . Boselli signed his 1995 SP rookie in just a bit over 2 years . Boselli belongs in the Pro Football Hall of Fame . If Terrell Davis will be a Hall of Fame , then Tony Boselli should be too. Boselli is one of only 2 Offensive Tackle that dominated Bruce Smith , the other is Richmond Webb , who was pretty good.

I was in the military for many years and moved a few times, so I am sure some never got to me. I got Kelly Tripucka in 8 1/2 years. I got two Mike Singletarys on the same day. One was almost 7 years, and one was maybe 3-4 years, I forget. There was a common 49er player that took almost that long too. Of course, the quickest is something that I will never figure out. I lived in New Orleans, and Ron Swoboda was a local sportscaster. I got it back the day after I mailed it out, with both cards that were inside signed. I'll never be able to beat that.

  • PowderedH2O , Wow 8 1/2 years for Kelly Tipucka , even longer than 7 years for Otis Birdsong . I got Mike Singletary back after a long return as well over a year . I've had a bunch of Buffalo Bills come back in 5 days

I sent a TTM to Babe Ruth about 10 years ago. I'm not holding my breath.
