Binary 4's on the 4th District

This is not my note and I don't know the seller, but I've always thought these fancy serials on matching districts were pretty cool. This one--a 4440 0444 radar on the 4th--didn't sell at $25 so the lister dropped the opening price. Maybe someone here wants to take a stab:

I have a pretty large collection of 6-0 fancy combos on the 6th District; I'm not looking to begin a new number combo at the moment.

Thanks for the tip. That is a cool note even though the market on radars is currently soft. If nobody else bids I might do a minimum on it.
