How does PSA view centering on 1963 Topps rookie cards?

Just like the 1954 Topps, there really is no top border to these cards. And for 1963, in particular, I have seen high graded cards where the top margin is much larger than the white border on the bottom. Do you think they look for bottom borders to be the same size as 50/50 side borders? Any input is greatly appreciated, Tom

I just match the bottom border to the side borders

I use my lips without allowing the tongue to get near it. Craig was right though.

For a perfectly centered '63...the width of the white borders is equal to each other. For example...all would measure 5/64ths of an inch.

It appears they like the bottom border to be a little bit bigger than the sides.
